Photograph License Agreement & License Options

For Free – Small Business Free With Credit

Personal users or small businesses can use my photos in return for a credit. A credit must include a working link to LeePritchard.com when the image is used online.

If there is no opportunity to create a working link, the text must include a reference to the LeePritchard.com website. For example. Image credit LeePritchard.com

Additionally, if no physical link is possible, I request that you give me a linkable mention on your social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.

All of this is really appreciated as it helps me to gain exposure and helps me to keep creating content, some of which is free to you.

Paying for use of the images

The following paid for options do not require a credit or mention, although it is always appreciated.

• Small Business (up to £2m annual turnover) – £5
• Business (up to £10m annual turnover) – £15
• Business (up to £20m annual turnover) – £25
• Business (up to £100m annual turnover) – £100

If your turnover is more than £100m annually, or you require usage beyond the scope of this agreement, please get in touch.

Covered by this license

When you purchase a Photograph License from LeePritchard.com you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the photograph for personal, non-commercial use, business or commercial purpose as outlined by this Photograph License agreement. This includes promotions, use on website pages, advertising, marketing, social media, TV and film, presentations, newspapers, magazines and books.

You are free to edit, resize the photograph to fit into your project and you can add text and other images as required for your project.

Not Allowed

This license does not cover:

• Sharing or reselling photographs
• Use in digital templates for resale
• Use of content in a pornographic manner
• Use in a defamatory, or deceptive context, or in any unlawful, libellous, or obscene manner

You may not claim authorship or ownership of any photograph licensed from LeePritchard.com.

Unless stated otherwise I do not claim to have any model and/or property releases where brands, property, buildings or members of the public appear in my photos either as an incidental aspect or as a feature of the photo. In this regard, it is you as the buyer to make the distinction of whether you can use the licensed photograph for editorial only or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for how the photograph is published. I make no representations or warranties whatsoever as to the use of names, trademarks, properties, logos, copyrighted designs or works of art visible in any photograph. If you are unsure please seek appropriate legal advice before purchasing a license.

I shall not be held liable to you or to any other person or entity for any consequential or incidental damages, or lost profits, costs or losses arising out of your use of the Photograph(s).
